2. The accuracy and truthfulness of any CVs is wholly and totally the responsibility of the applicant
3. BBL reserves the right to not accept or remove CVs from its database without giving any reason
4. BBL can market and present your CV to any individual, company, government or any other bodies or organisations it sees fit without recourse to you
5. BBL will charge a finders fee to any individual, company, government or other bodies or organisations that offers you employment and that you subsequently accept
6. The terms and conditions of employment that you discuss, negotiate and accept with an employer are totally your responsibility
7. BBL may be actively retained by clients to search for staff in a particular area. All of the terms set out herein apply.
8. BBL is not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by prospective employers to applicants on the position/s on offer or the company offering the position.
9. BBL accepts no liability for applicants who take up employment and subsequently change their mind.
10. BBL accepts no liability for employers who offer employment and then subsequently withdraw their offer.
11. BBL accepts no liability for employers who employ people and then subsequently for any reason cancel the employment.

For prospective Employers seeking staff
