- Business Ballistics Limited (BBL) who owns worktheplanet.com accepts no liability for the accuracy of the data it receives, stores or transmits onwards to potential employers
- The accuracy and truthfulness of any CVs is wholly and totally the responsibility of the applicant
- BBL reserves the right to not accept or remove CVs from its database without giving any reason
- BBL can market and present your CV to any individual, company, government or any other bodies or organisations it sees fit without recourse to you
- BBL will charge a finders fee to any individual, company, government or other bodies or organisations that offers you employment and that you subsequently accept
- The terms and conditions of employment that you discuss, negotiate and accept with an employer are totally your responsibility
- BBL may be actively retained by clients to search for staff in a particular area. All of the terms set out herein apply.
- BBL is not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by prospective employers to applicants on the position/s on offer or the company offering the position.
- BBL accepts no liability for applicants who take up employment and subsequently change their mind.
- BBL accepts no liability for employers who offer employment and then subsequently withdraw their offer.
- BBL accepts no liability for employers who employ people and then subsequently for any reason cancel the employment.
For prospective Employers seeking staff

- Finders fees will become payable in full on the issuing and acceptance of employment contracts between the employer and the employee(s)
